## How ordering works

1. **Register** a free account and **add funds** to your balance.
2. **Choose a service** from the catalog. Note its service ID, rate per 1K, and min/max quantity.
3. **Place the order** with the target link and quantity. The cost is deducted from your balance immediately.
4. **Track status** in your order history. Statuses are: Awaiting, Pending, In progress, Processing, Completed, Partial, Canceled, Fail.
5. Most orders start within minutes; the terms allow up to 72 hours maximum for an order to begin. Actual speed depends on the individual service.

- **Canceled** — not delivered; the full amount is refunded to your balance.
- **Fail** — could not be processed; amount is refunded.

## Refills, cancellation and refunds

- **Refill** — available only on services explicitly marked as having a refill guarantee (commonly 30 days). The refill button re-tops an order that has dropped, within the service's stated guarantee window.
- **Cancel** — the cancel button is a request, not an instant stop. Orders already sent to the provider often cannot be recalled.
- **Refunds** — issued to your panel balance, not back to the original payment method. Partial and canceled orders refund automatically. Refunds are not issued outside the system where there is no fault on SMMTarget's side; unused balance stays in the account for future orders.
- **Drops** — SMMTarget does not guarantee against account bans or follower drops on services without a stated refill guarantee.

- The target profile must be **public** before ordering — private accounts cannot be delivered to.
- Do not place a new order on the same link while a previous order on it is still running.
- Do not change the username, make the account private, or delete the post while an order is in progress.
