SMM Target

Editorial policy

SMM Target sells social media marketing services through its panel, and it also publishes free guides about growing on social platforms. This page explains how those guides are written and kept up to date, and how we handle the obvious conflict of interest.

Who writes our guides

Articles are written by named authors, each covering the platforms they follow; you can meet them on the authors page. The founder, Mohamed Ahmed, reviews the guides before publication, and articles on sensitive topics (account safety, fake followers, verification) carry a “Reviewed by” line. Each article shows its author, publication date and, when it changed later, the date of the last update.

How articles are researched

  • Platform rules, requirements and features (for example monetization thresholds or verification) are checked against the platforms’ own help centres and policy pages at the time of writing.
  • When a platform does not publish an exact rule, we say so and describe common practice as an observation, not a guarantee.
  • We do not invent statistics, benchmarks, testimonials or customer numbers. Figures that change often are dated (“as of writing”).
  • Prices and service names quoted in articles come from the SMM Target panel when the article was written; the live panel is always the authoritative source.

Updates and corrections

We review articles when a platform changes a rule we describe, and we revise the text and the “updated” date when we do. If you find a mistake, email info@smmtarget.net with the article link; confirmed errors are corrected.

Conflict of interest and how we label our services

Because we sell SMM services, we have a commercial interest in some topics we write about. To keep that transparent:

  • Recommendations of our own services inside articles are shown in clearly labelled cards (“Our service” / “Recommended services for this article”), never disguised as neutral advice.
  • Articles about buying followers, likes or views explain the risks and the platforms’ rules, including when paid growth is not a good idea.
  • We do not accept payment from third parties for mentions or links, and we do not claim to be the “cheapest” or “best” provider.
