Acceptance
By creating an account or using smmtarget.net or the panel at my.smmtarget.net, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Description of services
SMM Target sells social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views and members. Results depend on third-party platforms and on the information you provide, so delivery times and outcomes can vary. Each service page in the panel shows its description, limits and expected speed.
Orders
When you place an order, please follow these rules:
- The link or username must be public. We never need your password.
- Do not change the link or username, or make the account private, while the order is running.
- Do not place a second order for the same link until the first one is complete. Overlapping orders can cause incorrect counts, and we cannot correct them.
- Check the link, service and quantity before confirming. Orders that have started cannot be edited.
Payments and balance
Funds you add are stored as balance in your panel account. Balance is personal and non-transferable. Prices may change at any time, but an order is charged at the price shown when you place it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, for hateful, violent or abusive content, for fraud or deception, or to violate the rights of others. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules.
Third-party platforms
SMM Target is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram or any other platform. Their names belong to their owners. You remain responsible for following each platform's own terms, and platform rule changes can affect delivery.
Refill and guarantees
Refill is available only for services marked with a refill option, and only within the period stated in the service description. Services without that mark carry no guarantee against drops.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMM Target is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, or for results that differ from your expectations. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, involve fraud or chargeback abuse, or put the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SMM Target is registered.
